Shield

For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding; he stores up sound wisdom for the upright; he is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice and watching over the way of his saints. (Proverbs 2:6-8, ESV)

Have you ever wondered how you made it through a given situation?

Sometimes the odds against us seem insurmountable. We look and all we see is the mountain ahead and we can not see the path that winds up the side. All we see is the problem of getting over this big thing…

Just recently I needed gas for my car and I knew that our bank account was almost empty. I wondered where I would come up with the money to be able to get the gas we needed. Then I checked the bank account and there was a deposit made. It was our tax refund, so I did not have to worry about where the money was going to come from… You may say that was just a coincidence, but I say there is no such thing as coincidence. That was a Godincidence!

Many times before when I or my family has needed something, really needed it, it has been there. God has been our shield and protector and guarded our paths and watched over us. He will do the same for you and all of His saints!
