“I saw in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of heaven there came one like a son of man, and he came to the Ancient of Days and was presented before him. And to him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him; his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom one that shall not be destroyed. (Daniel 7:13, 14 ESV)
Ever wonder how long God will reign?
How long the promises will hold up?
As our lives around seem to crumble and our worlds fall apart. God will always reign. The verse from Daniel above tells us this, as well as Revelation 11:15. We are promised over and over many things, but we are also told how long these promises will last because God thought Jesus will reign forever. It is a given that God will always be in control and His kingdom will never pass away.
